Our History

For more than 30 years, Metalcraft Technologies Inv. (MTI) has been a full-service aerospace manufacturing company uniquely situated in Cedar City, Utah; Southern Utah’s gateway to world renowned National Parks. MTI has grown to incorporate extensive capabilities, developing products, and controlling processes from raw materials to finished assemblies. Our manufacturing facility operates new and time-tested equipment while strictly adhering to our customer commitments. Our continuous improvement keeps us focused on getting “Better Every Day”.

As a privately-held company in a rural location, we adhere to our founding family oriented values while forging new and innovative paths. When we say we value living a balanced life, we mean it. As a manufacturing company we have uniquely protected and supported our “closed on Sunday” schedule. We are proud of the fact that some of our employees are not just part of the MTI family, but literal family members with family ties reaching back to the company’s inception, producing a deep MTI legacy within the community.

We are passionate about aerospace and manufacturing, and seek to continually learn and improve. We know that innovation happens through giving others the opportunity to reach and discover, so we listen, encourage, and execute. The employee driven iterative process allows for stop checks and quick changes. The relationships we form are the foundation of all we desire to accomplish. We are motivated, capable and accountable and welcome the opportunity to share with you our vision and values.
