Our Capabilities
Machining
Metalcraft Technology provides 3, 4, and 5-axis machining, with machine beds up to 240” x 96” and machines with bed sizes over 10 feet. With over 25 individual machines, we cover lathes, conventional machining, jig boring, and complex 5-axis machining. We specialize in aluminum, with spindle speeds up to 20,000 rpm to maximize high speed machining with precision up to +/- 0.001”.
Ability to cut a variety of hardened steel and titanium. The CNC machining department supports parts from our sheet metal forming area, as well as raw cuts from extrusion, plate, billet, and more.
