Our Capabilities
Sheet Metal Fabrication
At Metalcraft Technologies, we have a wide range of capabilities including brake press, hydroform, and stretch forming. While we certainly handle common straight bends, we also excel at complex hydroforming, with rubber block and hydraulic bladder presses capable of forming complex shapes and contours.
We pride ourselves on vertical integration, and fabricate all of our own tools and dies, as well as in-house heat treating. Keeping our heat treat capabilities adjacent to forming makes for quick turns between annealing or tempering cycles.
We can accommodate customer provided tooling, or design and fabricate our own. We can hand rout the profile to legacy tooling, or even better, machine the part in house on our 3 or 5-axis CNC machines.
